Kawawa JKT secondary school established by Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa(JKT) in 1994. At the begining it was for ordinary level only, but in 2003 advanced level education introduced. The results of the school at the beginning was not good due to to lack of teachers and teaching facilities. But nowdays kawawa is one among the best schools in Iringa... Establishment of Kawawa Secondary School was the contunation of the programme established by the chief of national services(JKT) Major General Devis Mwamnyange in 1992....
